Garment: medium-weight woven fabrics such as denim, cotton canvas, gabardine, corduroy, or cotton twill, etc.

Pocket lining: cotton poplin or batiste.

If the main fabric is thick, use a lighter fabric for the back bib facing, the front and back waistband facings, and to line the straps.

To help you choose your fabric, here are the references of the fabrics we used for each version:

The straight-leg overalls were sewn in a washed denim from Torreto Tessuti.

The cargo overalls were made in an organic cotton twill from Metermeter.

The fabric used for the wide-leg overalls is a raw denim from Calissone.

The purple short overalls were sewn in a purple denim from Calissone.

PDF PATTERN:

All seam allowances are included in the pattern.

The different pieces don’t overlap with each other. Once printed and assembled, simply cut the pattern at your size and start sewing.

The folder contains the digital sewing pattern in layered A4, US Letter, A3 and copyshop formats along with two files for projection. To accompany, there is a step-by-step illustrated explanation guide.

A4 and US Letter – print at home: Version A : 39 pages, Versions B & D : 44 pages, Version C : 46 pages

A3 – print at work (we promise we won’t tell): Version A : 17 pages, Versions B & D : 18 pages, Version C : 19 pages

Long copyshop – print at a copy shop: Version A : 1 page copyshop long, Versions B & D : 1 page copyshop long, Versions C : 1 page copyshop long

Projection – 2 files with pattern pieces on white background and 2 files with pattern pieces on fuchsia background. Both files are layered.

The .zip file will be emailed to you upon payment and you will also be able to access the file anytime on your account. You will need a computer to open the .zip file.

The pattern is enclosed in an envelope. It contains the sewing pattern along with a step-by-step illustrated explanation guide.

The different pieces overlap with each other so you will need to trace the pattern on paper. If you prefer a ready-to-cut pattern, try the pdf version as pieces do not overlap with each other.
