Duo PDF – DIAMOND & CRYSTAL

The pack includes I AM Diamond and I AM Crystal in PDF format. Each pattern includes the different formats listed below with a step-by-step explanatory booklet with illustrations.

Formats:

A4 / US letter – print at home

A3 – print at work (we won’t say anything…)

Copyshop – to be printed by a professional

Projection – one layered file on white background and one on fuchsia background

Seam allowances are included.

The pattern pieces don’t overlap and all files are layered. You can just print and cut the size you need.

The .zip file includes the PDF pattern in the following formats : A4, US letter, A3, Copyshop and projection files along with an instruction booklet.

The document will be sent to you by email once payment has been made. You can also download the file from your iampatterns.fr account. You will need a computer to decompress the .zip file.

DIAMOND

SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE

I am Diamond, a pair of overalls rooted in the heritage of a garment that is both technical and timeless. I retain the details that define this classic: a loose fit, front and back bib, adjustable straps, a large compartmentalized chest pocket, buttoned side openings, two front slash pockets, two back patch pockets, a faux fly, and contrast topstitching.

I come in four leg styles, each offering a different way to wear me:

• Straight, for a simple, elegant line

• Wide, for more volume and movement

• Cargo, with side pockets and elasticized cuffs

• Shorts, designed for lighter, warmer days

To help you choose your fabric, here are the references of the fabrics we used for each version:

The straight-leg overalls were sewn in a washed denim from Torreto Tessuti.

The cargo overalls were made in an organic cotton twill from Metermeter.

The fabric used for the wide-leg overalls is a raw denim from Calissone.

The purple short overalls were sewn in a purple denim from Calissone.

CRYSTAL

NIVEAU : INTERMEDIATE

I am Crystal, a pinafore dress that revisits a classic to give it a modern twist, sewable in three different styles. I keep the signature details that make this piece iconic: a loose fit, front and back bib, adjustable straps, a large compartmentalized chest pocket, buttoned side openings, two front slash pockets, and contrast topstitching.

I keep my essential upper details while changing appearance according to the skirt chosen:

• Long straight skirt: with two back patch pockets, a faux fly, and a back vent

• Short straight skirt: with two back patch pockets and a faux fly

• Long flared skirt: featuring a layer of tulle that gives the garment lightness and movement

To help you choose your fabric, here are the references used for each version:

The fabric used for the classic long denim pinafore dress is a raw denim from denim brut Calissone.

The sheer pinafore dress was made with fabrics from Stragier. The denim used for the top and inner skirt is plain black denim, and the sheer skirt was made in cotton tulle.

The fabric for the short purple denim pinafore dress comes from Calissone.
