Delivery

Pdf patterns:

The pdf patterns will be emailed to you upon payment. You will also be able to access the file(s) anytime on your account. You will also be able to download your pdf patterns on your account.

Paper patterns:

Your order will be sent in the 3 working days following the order being placed. They are sent using La Poste services via a tracked service. You can track your package by signing in to your account.

The orders are sent using a tracked service by La Poste, the French postal services. Once the parcel has left our premises, an email is sent with a tracking link. You can also track a parcel on your account.

The shipping fees depend on the weight of the package. They are calculated automatically when you add an article to your basket. Note that the shipping fees might change if you change the delivery country at checkout.

The shipping time differs depending on the country the parcel is sent to. For France, it can take 2 to 3 days, for Europe it can take up to 5 days and for the rest of the world it can take up to 10 days.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We won’t be able to group two orders together and delivery fees will apply for each order.

Once the package has been sent it isn’t under I AM Pattern’s responsibility. If it is lost by La Poste we cannot be held responsible.

The customs fees for each country are the client’s responsibility. I AM Patterns isn’t responsible for any custom fees.

Returns

Pdf patterns:

As they are sent by email immediately after purchase, pdf patterns bought on our website are non returnable and non refundable.

Paper patterns:

It is really easy to return items. If you aren’t completely satisfied it will be reimbursed or exchanged against another identical item under the conditions that you send your item as new in the 14 days following reception of your order.

In order to return an item, please contact info@iampatterns.fr.

The original delivery fees will not be reimbursed and the shipping fees for returning an item will be the client’s responsibility.

All articles need to be returned as new in pristine conditions, and in their original packaging. They should not have been opened or damaged.

For all items bought from one of our retail or wholesale partners, please contact them directly.

When shipping an item back, make sure it is correctly packaged to avoid being damaged during the journey.

The items given as a present to a particular recipient can only be returned or reimbursed to the initial purchaser.
